This intense abs & cardio workout contains fat burning abs exercises and serves a complete abs and HIIT cardio workout. This is an at home cardio and abs workout. The only equipment you’ll need for this intense abs and cardio workout is a jump rope and a sandbag, set of dumbbells, or anything with a little weight to it (backpack full of books) for the Leg Raise w/Reach. So get your materials together and get ready to begin this fat burning abs routine.

This cardio and core routine alternates ab exercises with cardio blasts to make sure you get the best cardio ab workout. There are 6 fat burning abs exercises in this HIIT cardio and abs routine. You’ll do each of the moves in this cardio and abs workout for 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving onto the next move in this abs and HIIT cardio workout. If you are a beginner you can try to do 1-2 rounds of this cardio and abs routine. If you are more advanced try to do the complete 4 rounds of this intense abs & cardio workout.

    Two years ago I was at the top with my happy body and desired weight.
    Then I needed a hysterectomy, now I can see to shake the belly that I've never had or the sadness/depression that's come along with this operation.
    I've tried diet, antidepressants and trying to motivate myself, all fails.
