  2. Work up to the dumb bells. Lose the weights and just step up until you can do 50 of them.

  3. I love these! I get the variety and still feel like I'm getting a full body workout

  4. Which adidas trainers are you wearing btw?

  5. ?love this work out gonna try thanks for sharing ?

  6. I read somewhere that women lose the curvy shape at the waist and end up looking rectangular when they overwork their obliques. I see this mostly in western countries and especially white women. Also even white woman from earlier decades (when people were not working out like crazy, ate simple foods and not obsessed about being ‘toned’) were curvier at the waist compared to what I see nowadays. So this theory seems to make sense. Is this correct?

  7. You and Zuzka are probably the only trainers on YT not wearing high waisted leggings by now 😀 love your workouts melissa! :*

  8. Will this work out sacrifice my muscles?
